THE CHALLENGE: Michelle is a 44-year-old mother of two and an educator who is also navigating AuDHD, an autoimmune disorder that can cause significant exhaustion, and the loss of her spouse. She came to me feeling overwhelmed by the competing demands of daily life, parenting a kindergartner, and preparing an older child to enter college. Together, we developed a practical organizational system designed to work with Michelle's brain, energy levels, and real-life responsibilities. The system provided structure, accountability, and manageable steps to help her stay organized, maintain momentum, and follow through without becoming consumed by the details of daily living.
THE END RESULT: With the system successfully in place, Michelle has regained confidence in her ability to manage both immediate responsibilities and long-term goals. She has felt prepared to pursue a career change, successfully renewed a home-improvement grant, and has been able to enjoy her life with less anxiety about keeping up with everyday obligations.Â
